These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Kaveia website and any related services, including the early access program (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

2. Scope of the Service
Kaveia currently provides:
- an informational website describing the product, and
- an early access waitlist for a product that is under development.
The Service is intended primarily for professional and business use (B2B). The Service is provided on an early-stage and informational basis. Features, functionality, availability, and scope may change at any time or be discontinued without notice. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, a specific release date, or pricing.
3. Early access and beta status
The product is in active development and may be offered as an early access or beta version.
You acknowledge that:
- the product may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete functionality,
- features may change or be removed,
- performance and availability are not guaranteed.
Use of early access features is at your own risk.
4. No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
- fitness for a particular purpose,
- reliability,
- accuracy,
- availability,
- non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business damages, including but not limited to:
- loss of profits,
- loss of data,
- loss of business opportunities,
- decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount you have paid to us for use of the Service, or zero if the Service is provided free of charge.

- interfere with the operation or security of the Service,
- use the Service for unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse is detected.

- product concepts, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
